Streeet offers training in the fields of passenger transport, logistics and marketing.


All of the services offered are available on the website, by direct contact via email, or by telephone.


With regard to the protection of personal data, Streeet is subject to the general obligations imposed by the GDPR, whether this relates to information collected and processed via its website, requests by direct contact or the provision of the services offered.

Your personal data is collected, processed, and used exclusively in accordance with legal provisions. In compliance with the GDPR, our processes are designed to ensure that data protection requirements are met.


When collected, Street uses your personal data to contact the prospect, provide the service, and follow up with the customer. This data is collected via the contact form or by direct contact from the customer, and all requests made via the website: https://streeet-formations.ma/ or by any other means.


 

Sources and data used

 

As part of our customer relations, we process personal data that we have received directly from users and customers via the website and requests made relating to the services provided (e.g.: training request, information request, quote request, etc.).

 

We record your data that is necessary to fulfill your request for information, quote, your questions regarding your training service or those entered when creating your customer file. As such, only the information necessary to fulfill your request or our contract is requested.

 


Purpose of processing and legal bases

 

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, with the French Data Protection Law and, more generally, in compliance with the regulations in force within the profession.

Personal data processing is carried out within the scope of the services detailed on the website or in your specific terms and conditions. If necessary, we process your data beyond the actual performance of the service to protect our interests. This includes monitoring our advisory obligations and tracing customer requests, limiting our liability in the provision of services, asserting legal rights and defending against legal disputes, ensuring the IT security and IT operation of Street, preventing and investigating crimes based on an order from a public authority, and taking measures to conduct the services offered by Street.

 

Based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR):

 

To the extent that we have your consent to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes, the lawfulness of such processing based on your consent is ensured. The consent given may be revoked at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation.

 

Due to legal requirements (Art. 6 para. 1 c GDPR) or in the public interest (Art. 6 para. 1 e GDPR):

 

This includes, for example, verification of identity, capacity to bind the customer or client company, etc. Unless explained in detail below, no personal data is in principle processed when using the website, i.e. no data is stored, modified or transmitted to third parties.

Information collected during calls or by telephone, for information requests, or during your requests relating to the execution of your training services, may be recorded in a computerized file by the Street company, to respond to your request, for contact or the establishment of information mailings. The collected data will be used and archived in accordance with the GDPR. This personal data will not be transmitted to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge.


The data is kept for a maximum period of 2 years after the performance of the service.

You have the right, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 e GDPR (data processing in the public interest); this also applies to profiling based on this provision in accordance with Art. 4 No. 4 GDPR. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.


If we base the processing of your personal data on a balancing of interests, you may object to this processing. If you make such a revocation, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should no longer process your personal data as we did before. In the event of a justified revocation, we will review the situation and either stop the processing of your data, adapt it, or explain to you the compelling legitimate reasons why we must continue to process your data.

 

Right to object to data processing for direct mail purposes
